We provide All India Safe Delivery on all orders, as advertised on our Instagram channel.

• Dispatch Location: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our studio in Bhilai (Chhattisgarh, India).
• Fabrication & Personalization Time: Because each Nikah Nama book, pen, or hamper is customized by hand, preparation typically takes 4 to 7 business days following final approval of your design proof.
• Transit Timelines: Standard courier delivery takes between 3 to 6 business days depending on your pincode and metro connectivity.
• Express Orders: If your Nikah date is approaching rapidly, please notify us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 93405 69611) so we can prioritize express courier dispatch where available.
• Packaging: Delicate items such as glass Nikah mirrors and acrylic keepsake hampers are packaged using double-walled corrugated boxes and multi-layered bubble cushions.

We want your wedding keepsakes to be absolutely perfect:

• Spelling & Dates: Customers are requested to double check the spellings of bride and groom names, Gregorian dates, and Hijri dates before confirming.
• WhatsApp Proof: For customized Nikah books, certificates, and name medallions, an illustrative digital preview will be shared with you on WhatsApp prior to production.
• Fabric & Color Nuance: While we use premium velvet and silk materials, minor shade variations may occur due to photography lighting and mobile display color profiles.

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our wedding catalogue:

• Within 24 Hours: Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided customized laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, or manual calligraphy has not commenced.
• After Production Starts: Once materials are laser engraved or personalized with couple names, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Under Indian consumer law and standard bespoke ecommerce practice, personalized items customized specifically with names and dates cannot be returned or resold. However, your purchase is completely safeguarded against transit damages:

• Transit Damage Guarantee: In the rare event that an item (such as a mirror or frame) is damaged during courier transit, we will replace the damaged item free of charge.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: Please record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the sealed courier parcel. Share the video on WhatsApp (+91 93405 69611) within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched via priority shipping.
